Meet "Conde Drácula" our Spanish-speaking program patron.
You can go through a blood draw procedure in Spanish with him to help you. There are 6 parts to what he's saying. Here's what they are: Give it a try!

Greeting: Hola, ¿cómo está? Soy _______. (Soy del laboratorio.)
Consent/Permission: Soy estudiante flebotomista. Quisiera tomar su muestra de sangre. ¿Está bien?
ID: Dígame su nombre completo y su fecha de nacimiento, por favor.
Vein: Ponga sus brazos y manos así. Abra y cierre su mano, por favor.
Draw: ¿Está bien? Relájese, por favor.
Finish: ¡Ya terminé! Ponga presión, por favor. ¡Muchas gracias!
